By installing or using InboxSweep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. The service

InboxSweep is a browser extension that helps you analyze Gmail metadata and perform mailbox cleanup actions (archive, Trash, mark read, filters, etc.) that you explicitly approve. The software is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and have authority to access the Gmail account you connect.

3. Google / Gmail

InboxSweep is an independent product not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's Terms of Service and API policies. You are responsible for compliance with your organization's policies if you use a work account.

4. Account access & permissions

You authorize the extension to access Gmail via OAuth scopes disclosed in the extension and Chrome Web Store listing. You are responsible for reviewing the dry-run preview before confirming bulk actions.

5. License & pricing

  • Free tier is subject to usage limits described on the product website and in the extension.
  • Personal and Pro are one-time lifetime purchases in USD, fulfilled via Lemon Squeezy.
  • License keys are personal to the purchaser unless otherwise stated at checkout. Sharing keys to circumvent account limits is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use InboxSweep to violate law or third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the extension except as allowed by applicable law
  • Attempt to bypass license or account limits
  • Use the product in a way that abuses Gmail API quotas or Google policies

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free or that cleanup actions will match your expectations in every edge case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of InboxSweep.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the product shall not exceed the amount you paid us for InboxSweep licenses in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50) if you only used the free tier.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9. Your responsibility for data

You are solely responsible for reviewing cleanup previews, maintaining backups if needed, and recovering messages from Gmail Trash when appropriate. InboxSweep v1 moves bulk cleanup to Trash, not permanent deletion, but you remain responsible for actions you confirm.

10. Termination

You may stop using InboxSweep at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking Google access. We may suspend or discontinue the product with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France / EU, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
