Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

These are the simplified plain-English terms for using Keepp.

License

When you buy a Solo or Family license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) or annual (subscription) right to install and use Keepp on the number of devices included with your plan, for personal, non-commercial use.

Lifetime semantics

"Lifetime" means a perpetual license for the current major version of Keepp plus 12 months of free updates. After 12 months, the app keeps working forever; new major versions (e.g. 2.0) may require a discounted upgrade purchase.

Warranty disclaimer

Keepp is provided "as is". Always keep backups of originals before destructive operations. We will fix bugs as fast as we can, but we cannot accept liability for data loss caused by user-initiated archive/move/delete actions.
