On every Keepp license purchase, whether annual or lifetime.
How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Include the payment or order reference from your Stripe receipt email.

We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days.
Beyond 14 days
Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion. Reach out anyway if you have a fair case (accidental double purchase, broken installation we couldn't fix, etc.).
