Digital licenses

GridGrab Pro and Power are digital licenses delivered by email after purchase through Lemon Squeezy.

Standard: Because the license key is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or at our discretion for duplicate charges or technical failure to deliver a key.
EU/UK consumers: You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, but you may lose that right once you activate the license key and acknowledge immediate performance—Lemon Squeezy checkout flow may include this acknowledgment.
How to request: Email [email protected] with your order email and license key (last 4 characters only if you prefer).
Chargebacks: Contact us first; fraudulent chargebacks may result in license revocation.

Payment disputes and payment-method refunds are ultimately processed per Lemon Squeezy / your card issuer rules.
