1. Agreement
By installing GridGrab or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
2. Description of service
GridGrab is a browser extension that helps you export visible structured data from web pages you view into spreadsheet-oriented formats. Features depend on your tier (Free, Pro, Power).
3. License grant
- Free tier: Personal or internal business use subject to Free tier limits.
- Paid tier: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use paid features for the lifetime of the product version covered by your purchase, on devices you control. License keys are for your use; sharing keys publicly or reselling keys is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GridGrab to:
- Violate any law or third-party terms of service
- Access or export data you are not authorized to access
- Bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, rate limits, or technical protections
- Conduct bulk unattended scraping, credential stuffing, or harassment
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the extension except as allowed by law
You are responsible for compliance with websites you export from.
5. No warranty
GridGrab is provided "as is". Modern sites vary widely; we do not warrant compatibility with every page, virtualized grid, iframe, or UI framework. See in-app warnings and use manual selection when needed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of GridGrab. Our total liability for any claim relating to the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us for GridGrab in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if you use the Free tier only).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your statutory rights remain.
7. Payments
Paid licenses are sold via Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Pricing, taxes, and invoices are handled at checkout. Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
GridGrab name, branding, and software are owned by LuSoft. You retain ownership of data you export from sites you lawfully access.
9. Termination
We may suspend license validation for fraud or abuse. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
